100 year celebration Centenary Dinner
100 year Centenary Dinner on Friday 19th November 2021
Just a quick reminder to members who haven’t put their names down for our Centenary dinner at the Cecil Hotel in Stamford. It should be a great evening and an ideal opportunity for you and your partner to meet, the committee and other members.
Plus we are thanking John Smith our river keeper for all his hard work and wish him well on his retirement.

River Bank Work. March 2021.
Five days of bank clearing, tree lopping and in-river work completed on beats 6 and 7 (Great Casterton) with the Wild Trout Trust. You should be able to flick a fly on quite a bit of the river now. It’s a lovely stretch but watch out for the silt and mud nearer Little Casterton on the bends. I would fish it from the north bank as the river access is better.
